ClearMyBin collects contact, location and service-request information when you submit an enquiry, request or application. We use it to respond, assess service availability, coordinate potential services, prevent misuse and maintain relevant records.

Service providers and access

Information may be processed by hosting, database, communications and service providers that support ClearMyBin. Access should be limited to what is required to handle your request. We do not provide public read access to form submissions.

Retention and security

We aim to retain personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, legal obligations and legitimate operational records. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used, but no internet service is risk-free.

Your choices and rights

You may ask about, correct or request deletion of personal information where applicable. Contact hello@clearmybin.co.za. We do not currently require non-essential marketing cookies; consent handling will be added before such trackers are enabled.
