ClearProof service context
ClearProof

Collection happened. Here is the record.

A ClearMyBin collection is designed to finish with useful completion information—not an unanswered question.

Request a Collection

Why this service matters.

ClearProof is the accountability layer behind the service. It is being designed to connect the collection request with the operator, completion time, location and available supporting evidence.

01

Collection identity

A unique collection ID connects the request, assignment and final status.

02

Time and location

Scheduled and completed times, together with location confirmation, help establish when and where service occurred.

03

Before and after evidence

Photo fields can document the service condition before and after collection where the workflow requires it.

04

Collector and vehicle

Relevant assignment details can be attached to the service record for internal coordination and follow-up.

05

Disposal status

The record can include the declared disposal status and supporting operational information.

06

Exceptions remain visible

If a collection cannot be completed, the reason should be recorded rather than presented as a successful job.

Waste collection service context

What customers and operators should expect.

ClearMyBin assesses the actual requirement before confirming service. Location, waste type, access, timing and suitable operating capacity all matter. We communicate limitations rather than presenting every enquiry as an automatic booking.

  • Request receives an ID
  • Assignment details are linked
  • Completion evidence is captured
  • The final record is marked clearly

A clear next step at every stage.

1

Request receives an ID

Share enough practical information for the requirement to be assessed properly.

2

Assignment details are linked

ClearMyBin reviews the service details, capacity and relevant operating constraints.

3

Completion evidence is captured

The agreed requirement is coordinated with the appropriate people and service information.

4

The final record is marked clearly

Completion, exceptions and next steps are communicated as clearly as possible.

Important

ClearProof examples are previews of the platform capability, not historical customer evidence.

Before you submit an enquiry.

Is service automatically available after I submit?

No. Every request is assessed against location, waste type, access, timing and operational capacity before confirmation.

How is pricing determined?

Pricing depends on the scope of the requirement, number and type of bins, frequency, route conditions and collection capacity.

What waste should be declared?

Tell us accurately what the bins contain. Hazardous, medical, chemical, rubble and specialist waste cannot be assumed to form part of ordinary collection.

Will I receive a collection record?

Where the workflow supports it, ClearProof is intended to provide a clearer completion record. Concept features are not represented as fully live unless confirmed.

Tell us what the service needs to achieve.

We will review the requirement and explain the most appropriate available next step.
